The 52nd Miss Woodmont Pageant and Class Beauties Pageant took place on January 27th. Simpsonville resident and high school sophomore  Ariail Jordan placed first amid stiff competition from a bevy of beauties.

Ariail is a Greenville native and a sophomore at Woodmont High.  She is the daughter of Chris and Rachel Jordan of Simpsonville and has a younger sister, Caroline.

Her passion for singing and performing began at an early age but formal voice training only began 6 months ago with Brittany Alomar Voice Studio. Ariail’s theatre training began in 3rd grade with Laurens County Community Theatre and has performed with the Wildcat Players of Woodmont High since then. She looks forward to her upcoming role of Ariel in The Little Mermaid. The show will run April 27th through May 6th.

She is a Beta Club and Thespian Society member, a leader for her FCA program at school, a very busy teenager who loves to go to the movies and enjoys eating out with friends. Ariail has a love for Christ and most will tell you she has a heart of gold.  She loves her church youth group and worship group and enjoys singing with them. She keeps a nice balance in her life to always have time with her family, and Sullivan, her 8 month old Great Pyrenees.

She is looking forward to making appearances wearing her crown and sash to proudly represent her school and community.  Ariail is eager to learn more about competing this June at the Miss SC Teen Pageant.♦
