John Hall was originally born in Calhoun Falls, SC. He graduated from North Greenville College and Lander. He worked at Canal Insurance for 35 years after working in Claims, Human Resources and finished out his career doing Legal Research for Canal. He has been married to Rita for 59 years and turned 84 this year. Rita and John have one son and one daughter and one Grandson who all live nearby. John’s interests include crosswords and traveling. They have been to Europe twice, taken around fifteen cruises, covered Canada from one end to the other and seen the tropics many times. The most impressive memory is the Grand Canyon however. Exercise has always been a major part of John’s life. After recovering from some health issues he still continues to exercise. Keep up the good work John!

Once a month a local restaurant will be delivering a meal to our center so that we can experience what a variety of different restaurants have to offer. We will hold these luncheons on Wednesday at 12:00. For November, we will have authentic homemade lasagna from The Olive Tree Restaurant.
