Reedy Fork Baptist Church

Everything began at Reedy Fork Baptist Church in 1868, only 3 years after the end of the Civil War. It all began under a brush arbor built almost in the exact spot where the main campus is today. We were named for a small stream that flows southward a few yards beyond the church property. Now, 150 years later, and four sanctuaries later (due to growth), Reedy Fork has continued to be a lighthouse at the four-way stop of Reedy Fork Road and Blakely Avenue in Southern Greenville County. Our campus includes a Gym, a Nursery and Children’s Building, Youth Rooms, Adult Sunday School classes, and a Choir Rehearsal Room. We have recently built a gorgeous outdoor Pavilion with an attached restroom and kitchenette building. We are excited as we minister at this very visible site to our community with special projects to involve children and adults. We will be hosting a FestiFall on October 13 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This event will include a juried Car Show, Hay Rides, Air Apple Bobbing, Pumpkin Painting, Craft Vendors, Hot Dogs, Themed Gift Basket Auctions, and much more. Any questions, please call Sandra King at (864) 918- 5349…….. So, come join us in our ministry and be a part of the future of this historic church!♦
